Attaching a second monitor to your Laptop or PC is one of the most cost effective methods of increasing Productivity within the workplace. Duel Monitors allow for easier Cutting & Pasting between documents and general multitasking. The user can have two or more applications open and viewable at the same time.
Assign one monitor to Email and the other to Zoom Teams or Skype calls or that mission critical application that you need to use everyday in the office. This will greatly reduce the stress of working away from the office.
Attaching the second Monitor shouldn’t be too tricky, consult with your device specification to see which secondary graphics attachment is available on your device. Once that is defined you connect the second monitor and power it on. Pressing the “Windows” key and the “P” will execute the duel screen options. Select Extend to double your work space
